Registration Process
The first step during the registration process is to record your personal details. Once you entered your details and selected your preferences, please follow the prompts to complete your registration and abstract submission. Following registration form completion, we will contact you by e-mail to finalize the registration and provide you with additional information regarding the registration and accommodation payments (due to the time difference it might take a few hours).

Registration fees:
Researchers – 200 USD (720 NIS)
Students and postdocs – 100 USD (360 NIS)
There are no partial registration schemes. There will be no reimbursement in cases of cancellations after 31/12/2018.
For those who need a signed receipt for reimbursement, please bring a printed copy of the electronic receipt to the conference site, where it can be signed at the front desk.
Accommodation information:
Conference venue: Akko Knights Hostel.
Accommodations are available at the Akko Knights Hostel for three nights. The rooms at the conference venue are well suited for multiple occupancy (2 to 5 persons); the number of rooms is limited, therefore, early registration is highly recommended. All accommodations are half-board (include breakfast and dinner); see rates below. We will provide you with additional information regarding the accommodation reservation and payment arrangement after registration.
